  • Name – to identify customers when addressing support queries
  • Email Address – to send an invoice to show proof of donation
  • Country of Purchase – for analytical purposes
  • Donation Amount – for accounting purposes

Streaming

When viewing a livestream, we store your IP address to prevent multiple devices from using the same access key. We also store estimated watch times and play button clicks to help determine the validity of any refund requests.

Contact Form

The contact form will store any data you enter in an email which will be sent to our support email. We do not use any of the information for marketing purposes.

Cookies

Items added to your shopping cart is stored in a cookie. This cookie is discarded one week since you last added an item to your cart or when your cart is manually cleared.

Facebook Pixel may also use cookies to collect data about you for marketing purposes, particularly web banner advertisements and targeted updates through digital channels and social media.

Embedded content from other websites

How long we retain your data

Customer purchase records are retained for ten years. Information attached to the access key is retained indefinitely to allow users to replay a livestream or video where available. This information can be changed upon request.

If you have made a purchase, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

You have the right to object to processing of you personal data and/or to withdraw any consent you have given us and to opt out of any marketing communications that we may send you.

Children’s Privacy

Our service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We use SSL/HTTPS to encrypt user communications with our servers to prevent information from being captured by third parties without authorization.

Purchases rely on the customer’s email account for securely presenting their access keys and confirming requests to change payment details.

What data breach procedures we have in place

In the case of a data breach, our system administrators will immediately alert all potentially affected users and attempt to reset access keys if needed. We encrypt as much sensitive data as practical to ensure the potential damage from a data breach is minimised.

What third parties we receive data from

Upon purchase we collect the customer’s name, email address and country of purchase from PayPal to process their purchase. If the customer consents to subscribing to a newsletter, we also add their name and email to our Mailchimp audience.

Facebook may also provide us with details about your browsing behaviour and what actions you took on this website.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

To prevent two devices from watching a livestream with the same key, we collect the user’s IP address for access validation.
